Do you offer free shipping?
We Only offer free shipping on orders in the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
All orders are sent by courier service (DHL,FEDEX ,UPS,TNT or Parcel Force) Your order will take 2-3 Days to delivery

How will my order be sent?
We ship every order in packaging that is recyclable. We always take care to guarantee that our products are tastefully wrapped with care. For more fragile items, we utilize branded tissue paper and paper-based bubble wrap.
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order you’ve placed with us, you must inform us within 24 hours of doing so. Don’t forget to include your order number in your email. Cancellation is not possible if you have an email confirming the shipment of your order. You will be responsible for paying for and returning the goods in such cases.
Do you offer free returns?
Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the product is sent back in its original, unused state with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. The cost of returning an item by post must be paid for by the customer.
What’s the filling material we use for the prefilled pouf?
For prefilled pouf, we use 4.5 lbs of polyester Filling.
